Brand Design System
Brand Manager
Tenure: 1.5 years

Amazon Pay is a payment option that enables merchants to streamline the checkout process, enabling shoppers to checkout using their Amazon account. I served as an in-house creative strategist across social, video, marketing, the subdomain website, and the landing page on amazon.com. I managed vendors to ensre creative execution was on-brand and scaled creative to US, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and Japan.

Much like the beginnings of a startup, I implemented workflows in Asana and ensured deliverables were on-time and on-budget. I regularly consulted on A/B tests and tracked data in Adobe Analytics to make design decisions backed by data.

Business impacts: The Asana workflows I set up in Asana resulted in 310% efficiencies YOY between stakeholders, creative, and vendors. I also helped set up creative A/B testing roadmaps which drove CTR on the homepage by 175% YOY.

Animated explainer videos

Competitors like Paypal, ApplePay, and GooglePay already had a significant portion of marketshare. Amazon Pay was a newer payment product to the space and needed to clearly explain what the product was and how it related to Amazon’s brand. These explainer videos helped customers understand the product.

Alexa Bill Planner style guide

Bill Planner was a new feature that Alexa users could use to pay their utility bills with Amazon Pay. There was a need for a style guide so third-party utility partners could represent both the Amazon Pay brand and Alexa brand consistently.

Delivered within 3 weeks. The timeline for this request required many inputs from multiple teams. The workflow I set up in Asana alerted each team on reviews, feedback, and approvals which was critical for an on-time release
